Account Suspension & Closure

The Company will endeavour to provide notice of suspension where doing so does not compromise an active investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary closures will be processed within five (5) business days. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable KYC verification, provided no outstanding wagers or bonus obligations exist.

Grounds for Suspension

Grounds for Permanent Closure

Balance on Closure

Any prior representations, warranties, or agreements — whether oral or written — are superseded by this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
